An appeals court keeps Glenville out of Ohio's football playoffs

If you've followed Glenville's playoff fight, it's over for now. The Eighth District Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay Thursday. That keeps the OHSAA's Oct. 29 removal in place and puts on hold a county judge's ruling that Glenville “shall remain in the playoffs”.
The OHSAA pulled Glenville over residency questions about Ginn Academy students on the roster. University School declined to play the rescheduled Oct. 31 game, and a September audit found 10 players without documentation.
